New GL Homes Community

The community is planned for West Boca Raton, directly across Lyons Road from Lotus Edge and immediately west of Lotus Palm. The location offers convenient access to Glades Road, Florida's Turnpike, Town Center Mall, dining, shopping, and Boca Raton's highly regarded schools.

GL Homes has not yet announced an official sales launch date. Based on the current development timeline, sales are expected after site development and model home construction progress around fall 2026 or beginning of 2027. Official pricing has not yet been released by GL Homes. Based on current information, we anticipate first-phase homes to be priced in the approximately $1 million to $1.5 million range. We will share pricing estimates, official price lists, available incentives, and new release information with our Priority Interest List as soon as they become available.

The community is planned to feature 322 luxury townhomes. According to the approved Palm Beach County development plans, the project consists of 322 townhome residences located directly across from Lotus Edge. We will continue to provide updates as GL Homes releases floor plans, pricing, elevations, and sales information.
